Terms of Service

The basic terms for using ProsperSync and understanding the limits of AI-assisted finance features.
Using ProsperSync

ProsperSync provides tools for household finance tracking, AI-assisted expense capture, reports, goals, and related financial organization workflows.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and using the service only for lawful purposes.

Financial information and AI output

ProsperSync is not a bank, broker, accountant, tax advisor, or investment advisor. Product output is informational and may be incomplete or incorrect.

You are responsible for reviewing imported, extracted, or AI-generated records before relying on them for decisions, filings, payments, or compliance obligations.

Your data

You retain responsibility for the financial records and content you add to ProsperSync. You grant ProsperSync permission to process that content to provide and improve the service.

Privacy rights and request paths for access, export, correction, and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid features may require an active subscription. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and billing-management flows are presented in the product or by the billing provider.

Canceling a subscription stops future paid access according to the plan terms, but it does not automatically delete your account data.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the service, abuse AI or billing systems, upload unlawful content, or interfere with service reliability.

We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service.
